Short answers to common questions.

Is Perigee a venue or an exchange?: No. Perigee does not hold liquidity or match orders. It measures venues and publishes the results. The optional router forwards an order to a venue; it is not a venue itself.
Which venues are measured?: Every contract on Robinhood Chain where a Stock Token can be swapped, whether or not the venue applies for certification. The venue list is part of each report's pinned configuration.
Why the Chainlink mid and not a venue price?: The reference must be external to every venue being measured. A venue price would let one venue define the benchmark for the others.
Can a venue pay for a better score?: No. Certification buys a badge and costs a bond. The score, its publication and the ranking are identical for certified and uncertified venues.
What does scoreBps = 0 mean?: No fresh score: the latest score for the cell is older than 48 hours. It never means zero cost; fresh scores are floored at 1 bps.
What happens during a trading halt?: Halt trades are excluded from scoring. bestVenue called with the Halt state returns address(0) and 0.
Does connecting a wallet do anything?: It only labels the simulator run with your address. The site never requests a signature or sends a transaction.
Is the simulator data real?: No. It is generated client-side for illustration, with fictional venues. Live scores publish after the reporter set launches.
Is $PRGE live?: No. $PRGE is not deployed and there is no contract address. Anything claiming to be $PRGE today is not ours.
Is Perigee affiliated with Robinhood?: No. Perigee is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Robinhood Markets or Robinhood Assets.
